Flexible dates
Weekdays usually offer more flexibility and better pricing. Weekends and Friday evenings need to be booked further ahead.
The format depends on team size
10–15 people
A single session in the MEDIUM or HARD package, 90 minutes, plus optional dinner nearby. The simplest event to organise.
20–30 people
Rotating sessions in three sub-groups of 6–10 people, around 3 hours total. We can book a restaurant for the entire group.
40–60 people
Venue rented exclusively, dedicated coordinator on our side, custom programme. Requires a 4–6 week lead time.
Sample schedule for a 30-person team
- 3:00 pmWelcome the team, split into 10-person sub-groups, short safety briefing.
- 3:30 pmFirst rotation – team A in the rage room, teams B and C on selected activities (e.g. quick team challenges).
- 4:30 pmSecond rotation – teams swap stations.
- 5:30 pmThird rotation – everyone has now done the rage-room session.
- 6:00 pmJoint dinner at a nearby restaurant or catering on site.
- 8:00 pmOpen ending – an informal continuation for those who want it.

- What group sizes do you cater for?
- Standard packages run up to 6 people in one session. For larger groups (10–50+) we run parallel sessions in rotation. Truly large groups can rent the venue exclusively after a quick call.
- Do you issue VAT invoices?
- Yes. We issue a standard Polish VAT invoice. Just provide your company billing details when booking or earlier in our exchange.
- How long does an event for 30 people take?
- Optimally 3–4 hours. The group splits into three teams of 10, each rotating through one session (40 minutes per team), plus the joint opening and closing. We often combine the event with dinner at a nearby restaurant.
- Can we add catering?
- Yes. We work with restaurants and caterers in the Mokotów area – we can arrange catering on site or recommend a place for dinner after the session.
- How far ahead should we book a 30+ person event?
- We recommend 4–6 weeks for larger events, especially Fridays and weekends. For smaller groups (up to 12 people) 1–2 weeks is usually enough.
- What if someone on the team cannot take part (health, pregnancy)?
- People who cannot take an active role can watch the session from the safe observation zone and take photos for their teammates. Usually still a lot of fun.
- Do you require a deposit?
